They stole my money. I went in the app found an item purchased it, then never received it and they told me they have nothing to do with it even though it's paid for through their site
On one of the orders I tried to cancel right away. Ended up receiving it any way as the seller site would never work. Other than that it's all good
*update4/27* Partner websites are Not showing that you paid for your item, So either you have to buy a twice to get one item or have no recourse if you don't get. *update 4/2/44* The app is now doing partner shopping but you can't use the credits from Tophatter to the partners page and not all have PayPal so it's just some random website that is taking your credit card information. I dislike the partner auctions. I have more coin credits than I am actually use since they don't offer more.

PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD TO HATTER. BEFORE THE NONE AUCTION AUTO BID! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I HATE THIS NEW ONE. THERE'S VERY LITTLE AUCTIONS. IM GONNA QUIT AND I'VE BEEN HERE SPENDING $1000S A YEAR HERE AND I WILL HAVE TO LEAVE CAUSE I HATE IT. :(

I loved this app before they made the changes, it's now to difficult and iIS NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!!!! Please change it back, I'm ready to delete my account!
Took one star off for not receving items and one star off for broken items other then thats i got some good stuff
Not bad. Some items were canceled on their own yet I was held reliable. But overall a great app. Use at least once a week. Bidding is live but prices are great.
Top Hat are used to be a lot of fun I enjoyed it a lot they've taken away a lot of the good stuff now they suck I'm going to quit shopping on tophatter and go back to shopping on Amazon used to be able to get really good deals off tophatter now you're paying the same or even more for cheap items you can get better items at the dollar store for what they charge you for some of the items on tophatter no longer fun
